    Availability books up quickly and we would hate for you to not get the date and time you prefer, so please book early. Ideally, aim to book for your event several weeks or months ahead of your event to secure your desired date and package.

    The 360° photo booth can be set up in most indoor venues. However, it's important to ensure that the venue allows for proper lighting and adequate space. If you have any concerns about the venue, we can assess it beforehand to ensure a smooth setup. - Access to a power outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. - Access to the venue 1-2 hours prior to start time.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo for both the deposits and balances owed prior to the event. These payment methods offer convenience and secure transactions.
  • Can we book for outdoor events?
    Yes, the 360 photo booth and digital selfie station can be set up and operated for outdoor events, provided that the weather conditions are favorable. However, in cases where the weather conditions are not suitable, a safety decision will be made to ensure the protection of the customers, attendees, staff, and equipment. The well-being and safety of everyone involved are a top priority, and appropriate measures will be taken if outdoor operation is not feasible.
  • Are we Insured?
    Yes, we are a licensed and insured company and we can provide insurance certificate for your venue after you complete your booking.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    All bookings are non refundable. They are, however, fully transferable if a reschedule is needed at least 14 days prior to your scheduled booking. Rescheduled bookings may be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. There are no refunds for cancelled booking unless approved for extenuating circumstances.
